Add the lemon juice and turmeric.

Make sure the yogurt is fully smooth and that the yogurt doesn’t get sticky.

Add the lemon, spinach , salt and pepper to the yogurt and stir well.

Serve the yogurt as a smoothy, and garnish with fresh green chilly leaves.
