How to Eat Healthy Pancakes



Pancakes and healthy pasta are two of my favourite healthy meal items, so this is a must try if you are looking for some healthy snack ideas.

The recipe is easy to make, just make the pancakes and then cook them in a frying pan.

It’s the best of both worlds.

Ingredients: 1 cup of cooked, healthy pancake mix 1 cup diced, diced tomatoes 1 cup cooked, diced green peppers 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon sea salt 2 eggs 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/3 cup shredded coconut 1/1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Instructions In a bowl mix together the pancake mixture, diced tomato, green peppers, coconut oil, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Once combined, set aside.

Heat a frying pot or a wok on high heat and fry the pancakes in the coconut oil for about 3-4 minutes.

Serve warm with some fresh pineapple slices and a dash of lime juice. 3.2.2885
