Posted February 08, 2018 11:28:31 This recipe is adapted from my favorite Healthy Almond Curry with Almond Butter and Vegan Stock recipe that I shared with you back in December, and has become one of my favorites over the past few months.
I think it has a nice, creamy consistency with a great amount of flavor.
It’s super quick to prepare, and you can really get the flavors from the coconut oil and coconut sugar.
It has an amazing, healthy dose of coconut oil, which I think is a big plus.
Serve this delicious and super easy dish with a nice warm beverage.
