In this article, I want to help you make informed decisions.

I also want to share a couple of my favorite healthy chicken recipes for the holidays.

I love how these meals are flavorful and satisfying.

You can make them vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and even egg-free with these tips.

I hope these ideas help you choose healthy foods this season.

If you are a food blogger, you can try these recipes as well: Chicken recipes with brown rice or cornstarch, with or without eggs.

Chicken or chicken broth with or no rice, rice noodles or barley flour.

Black bean or chickpea stir-fry with or with beans or peas.

Spicy chicken recipes or chicken stir-fried with garlic or ginger.

Chickpea soup, with a dash of chili powder, cumin, chili flakes, salt and pepper.

A hearty, healthy, gluten free, vegan, egg- and soy-Free, soy free, soy and egg-containing recipe.

I’m sharing a few of these recipes for you now, because they’re delicious and I want you to try them and see if you want to try another healthy food this season!
