But I never really understood why it is so hard for people to eat this way.

I started off eating only vegetable dishes but I soon realised that it was difficult to avoid all the carbs, sugar and fats that are in most vegies’ diet.
I also found that it took a lot more work to make my vegan diet a healthy one.
I tried to avoid processed foods, like bread, cakes and pastries, but I have found that this was not possible for me.
The problem is that vegans often eat too many refined foods.
This includes sugar, dairy products and other foods that are not naturally vegan.
If you are a veg, it’s important to find a healthy food that doesn’t contain any refined foods, such as fruit, beans, nuts and seeds.
I was also surprised to find that a lot products are labelled as ‘vegan’.
I am not saying that the products are completely vegan, but they are usually far less processed and don’t contain much sugar or fat.
The solution is to buy only vegetables and fruits that you can actually eat.
For example, I eat only lentils and beans, which are high in vitamins and nutrients, so I do not have to rely on processed foods.
The lentils are the perfect source of fiber and protein and are easy to digest.
I can eat a lot without feeling full.
It is important to keep in mind that there is a range of foods that can be vegan, depending on what you are looking for and how you eat.
Vegetables and fruits are one of the main sources of plant-based proteins.
There are also other vegan foods, including nuts, seeds and beans.
Vegan foods also have less cholesterol, and can help prevent cardiovascular disease, stroke and cancer.
Vegans can eat meat, dairy and eggs.
I try to eat vegetarian dishes and avoid dairy products because I feel that this is not healthy.
However, if you are going to eat dairy products, it is important that you choose fresh and organic milk instead of cheap products.
I don’t think it is necessary to eat any processed dairy products either.
