Here’s what you need to know about this chili recipe: Ingredients 2 tablespoons chili powder (or a combination of chili powder, salt and ground black pepper) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus more for frying Directions Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
